Recovering the Christian Inheritance Amidst a Collapsing Moral Order
Birthright exists to recover a coherent Christian anthropology of manhood, rooted in Scripture and the Church’s teaching, and lived within ordinary life. It restores the proper order: sonship before authority, fatherhood before influence, vocation before achievement.
We aim to form Christian men whose lives remain ordered under Christ amid the pressures of modern institutions.
The Framework
Sonship
A man is not self-originating. In Christ, he is received as a son—adopted into the life of God. His identity is secured not in performance or success, but in belonging to the Father. Without sonship, authority hardens, responsibility becomes self-justifying, and ambition quietly rules.
Fatherhood
Fatherhood is not merely biological. It is the form sacrificial love takes in a man’s life. Whether toward children, a wife, or a community, a man bears responsibility so that others may flourish. Authority and tenderness belong together; strength exists for protection and provision, not self-assertion.
Vocation
Work is not self-creation or self-salvation. It is participation in the order God has made. Whether in boardrooms, classrooms, trades, or homes, labor becomes meaningful when it is offered in fidelity and service rather than used for self-aggrandizement or accumulation. Vocation restores work to its proper place: neither idol nor escape, but obedience.
The Gospel restores an ordered life by returning man to what he has received rather than what he must invent
